President Margaret Ann Lembo The Crystal Garden Margaret Ann Lembo is the owner of The Crystal Garden, a bookstore, gift store and spiritual center located in Boynton Beach, FL, since 1988. She teaches programs for Crystal Healing, Spiritual Healing, and an Angel Messenger Practitioner® on a regular basis both locally and nationally. She also teaches classes on the Intentional Creation of Reality, Dreams and Dream Interpretation, Colors and Chakras, and the Angelic Realm and facilitates Drumming Circles and Crystal Singing Bowl Meditations |

Vice President Micki Baumann Deva Design Micki Baumann founded Deva Designs 20 years ago after a very successful career as one of the few women executives in the early days of the computer industry. She wanted to seek a more peaceful life that gave her more time to spend with her husband John. They both thought that a small home based business would provide the serene life that was so important to both of them.The mission of Deva Designs was to provide quality products at affordable prices to help women connect with their spirituality, and put them in contact with both the gentleness and the strength that an evolved woman needs in today’s demanding world. It quickly became apparent that there was a real need for the types of products Micki was designing and the business began to grow and took on a life of its own. |

Secretary Eileen Harakas Lobelia’s Lair Metaphysical Treasures Eileen Harakas is the owner of Lobelia’s Lair Metaphysical Treasures, along with her partner, Mark Belanger. Eileen is an intuitive tarot reader who has a background in professional counseling and teaching. Her 25 year career working with people has brought her much joy and she looks forward to future opportunities. Lobelia’s Lair has been a popular destination in Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, for over 7 years. |

She is a regular contributor to New Age Retailer and presenter at the International New Age Trade Show. |

Executive Director Susie Hare KJ Expositions, Inc. Owner & President Susie Hare has been involved in the trade show and event management industries in various capacities for more than 35 years. For the past 19 years, she has owned and operated KJ Expositions, Inc. In 1996, Susie created, developed, and began producing the International New Age Trade Show (INATS) in Denver, Colorado. INATS was sold in 2001 to Western Exhibitors and George Little Management. KJ Expositions, Inc. was contracted to again produce the shows in 2008. Susie was also one of the founding members of COVR. At the time, it was called the Coalition of Visionary Retailers. She has been involved with the organization in various capacities since the inception more than 16 years ago. Susie currently serves as the Executive Director of COVR.

Assistant Executive Director Bryce Levar info@covr.org Assistant Manager KJ Expositions, Inc. Bryce Levar is the Assistant Manager of KJ Expositions, the management company behind the International New Age Trade Show. He is also the administrator for the COVR office. Bryce has been with KJ Expositions full time since June 2008 after graduating from Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Colorado with his Bachelors of Science in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management. |

Ricki Blanchard Higher Self Bookstore I have been the owner/caretaker of the Higher Self for nine years. The store itself came to be about 27 years ago. The Higher Self was featured in the January issue of New Age Retailer. I have been member of COVR for over 5 years. Also I am a Reiki Master, and certified in Theta Healing and Divine Grace Healing, a writer, coach, personal growth trainer and empowerment group facilitator. I have a business management degree and am a continuing student at AIHT |

Justin Swanström Shining Lotus Metaphysical Bookstore Justin Swanström is co-owner of Shining Lotus Metaphysical Bookstore in Denver, one of the oldest metaphysical bookstores and spiritual centers in the Rocky Mountain region. Shining Lotuscombines Eastern and Western spiritual traditions with contemporary spirituality. Justin came to Shining Lotus two years ago with his husband and business partner Tim Johnson, fulfilling a shared life goal.Justin is also an attorney, and has received many awards for community service and social activism. He enjoys working with non-profit organizations as a way of giving back to the community. |

Patty Shaw Coventry Creations Patty Shaw is the author of the award winning Healers Almanac, Wisdom of the 21st Century Goddesses and is also a certified Spiritual Counselor through UCM, Reiki Master, and Director/instructor of the School of Akashic Healing. Patty offers a series of workshops that facilitate “lightening up” with Goddess meditations based on her book. Patty co-owns Coventry Creations with her sister Jacki Smith. They have been making spiritual products since 1992 in the form of Candles, incense, oils and spell kits. |

Molly Trimble New Age Retailer Molly Trimble is the CEO of Continuity Publishing Inc., publisher of New Age Retailer magazine. She has been with CPI and New Age Retailer since 1994, where she began as a sales rep, moved to Editor in 1998, and became CEO in 2004. As a New Ager from the get-go (her high school senior thesis was on reincarnation), Molly has found her calling: helping independent businesses thrive in an industry she loves.Married 41 years to Joseph, a university psychology professor, Molly has three daughters and a grandson and lives in Bellingham, Wash. |

Michael Zeff Zeppo Merchandisers Michael was born in New York where he grew up and graduated Plainview Old-Bethpage High School. He attended S.U.N.Y. Farmingdale and received an Associate Degree in Business Management. He went through the Executive Training Program at Times Square Stores before moving to Colorado where he finished his BA in Business Marketing at Colorado State University.Michael has worked in the jewelry business since 1974 as owner and manager of Zeppo Merchandisers, Inc.. He completed the GIA Graduate Gemology Program in 1985. Zeppo Merchandisers, Inc. is a manufacturing and importing firm making most of their jewelry in Thailand. Zeppo carries a variety of jewelry products with a focus on Metaphysical and New Age Themes. |
